 Because I liked Rubix's questions, and had no idea what to blog about. So this'll be a jump start of sorts.

 So let's go!


 Question 1: If you could paint your entire house one color, what would it be?
I would paint it cream, or pale green. Either of those two colors would suit me fine!

 Question 2: Do you prefer to write on notebooks or computers?
This really all depends, up until recently all of my writing was typed on the computer. As I have begun writing on paper, however, it seems to be a much more satisfactory way to get it done.

 Question 3: Winter or Summer?
I'll say Winter, because there's just so much that I enjoy doing during the winter months. I have to be honest, though, I don't always care for the cold weather itself.

 Question 4: Favorite movie currently in theatres?
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Hands. Down.

  Question 5: If you could learn a skill overnight, what would it be?
Out of any skill I could possibly think of? *rubs forehead* Golly, any of the following three: martial arts, dance, or watchmaking.

 Question 6: Favorite smell?
Fresh baked goods and hot coffee.

 Question 7: Do you like writing with noise or silence?
I prefer a quiet ambient noise, like a refrigerator or a washing machine running, something to keep it from getting so quiet that it's pin-drop silent. But I usually prefer to the quieter areas of the house when I write.

 Question 8: Favorite quote? Or two? Or ten?
*laughs* You asked, I'll deliver.
And pairing it down to only ten was harder than I thought it would be.











 Some of these I had not discovered until I found something similar to them in my own life. Some, helped me along, others have led me along better.

 Question 9: Favorite childhood toy?
Beanie babies. We all had them at one point or another.

 Question 10: If you could change history, would you?
Absolutely not.

 Question 11: What is your least favorite song?
Some people are going to hate me for this, but others might not, I personally can't stand Rap or New Country. And probably near half of the current most popular artists out there. It's just my personality, I grew up listening to people like Sting and The Rippingtons.


 So apparently I'm supposed to nominate 5, but I'll do the same thing Rubix did because I don't know who to nominate: Anyone who knows me on NaNoWriMo, wants to answer the questions below, or is currently listening to Christmas music.

A life and a love

 Dear Reader, I chose this particular title, because I just finished reading/looking at a story of another blogger, who drew each day of his and his wife's life for 365 days. But putting together specifically the days that he drew of them together.  And I must say, it was the sweetest story that I have read. The Drawings of Curtis Wiklund and his wife Jordin.  I have no other words to say than these, and these simple words say it all. I love this story. I love their story. I love that they made a story and told it to the world in one of the most magnificent ways possible. I love it that it's a story that is of the beauty real life holds. I love it all. And I love the story of life. And the story that God's given me. For although it was said, no one is told any story but their own. I take it to mean, it doesn't say that, you don't hear of another's story, but the only story that you will ever see through your own eyes...    ... is your own. -C

Resolutions

 Resolutions can be quite strange can't they? One moment you're wondering about something, then something in you just decides–No. You're not going to do that any more.  I often wonder if others feel this way. If you are just thinking about a part of your life, that hasn't changed in forever, yet you wonder why you just let it keep going. Till finally, one day just out of the blue, you take a stand and say, "No more."  Mine are always when I expect them least. Which is a good thing I suppose! Though, I often wonder why I hadn't taken that ability into my hands sooner, since I had them all the while.  The resolution, to not let something in your life keep you stuck. To let something keep you from doing what you need to, or wanting to. Knowing that if you throw in everything you've got, that you'll no longer be a slave to that thing that's keeping you stuck.  I know with others, it can be more difficult with certain things, but you can't

So I broke my phone

 Not that that's anything really super new to the world of people who have owned phones, it can happen.  Mine just happened to be right before my parents picked me up from youth group.  Not only that, it cracked in a rather magnificent way, making it almost look like a canyon ravine was on the screen of my phone, with swirling rock...  Other than that it still kinda sucked because I cracked my phone. It wasn't any special phone, not an iPhone or anything like that, just a cheap-o that you can get most anywhere, but aside from that. No way I'm holding it close to my face now while having a phone conversation.  On the upside! By some miraculous sensation, the camera is now almost always functioning correctly, whereas before it 98% of the time refused to even turn on correctly. Go figure :P
